Vernon Winter Carnival 2024 Studio had the honour of partnering with Tourism Vernon to promote the iconic Vernon Winter Carnival in 2024. This annual 10-day event attracts thousands of visitors and showcases Vernon as a premier winter destination. Our team worked closely with the organizers to enhance the digital presence and social media engagement surrounding the Carnival.

To maximize impact and reach, we implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy:

1. On-Site Coverage and Live Streaming

Our two-person team attended and covered all major Carnival events, capturing high-quality photos, videos, and real-time updates. We live-streamed marquee events, allowing those unable to attend to experience the festivities virtually.

2. Social Media Management

We managed daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, incorporating engaging captions, relevant hashtags, and sponsor mentions. This increased visibility for the Carnival, Tourism Vernon, and event partners.

3. Collaborative Content Creation

We worked hand-in-hand with organizers to co-produce content that recognized sponsors and captured the authentic spirit of the Vernon Winter Carnival.
